摘要:

烟草是中国重要的经济作物之一,准确提取烟草种植面积对农作物种植结构调整、烟田科学管理和监测具有重要意义。笔者基于GEE(Google Earth Engine)云平台,利用2021年2—11月Sentinel-2A多时相数据,根据烟草种植特性排除误差因子,并结合实地采样数据的分布特征归纳植被特征,利用阈值法,以山东省临沂市为例,开展烟田种植地块自动提取的研究。结果表明,采用GEE和随机森林算法组合模式,能够准确获得烟田种植的空间分布信息,总体分类精度为96.04%。本研究方法分类质量较高,可以满足研究需要,为烟田种植管理部门提供准确、快捷、科学的参考。

Abstract:

Tobacco is one of the important cash crops in China. Accurate extraction of tobacco planting area is of great significance to the adjustment of crop planting structure and scientific management and monitoring of tobacco fields. Based on GEE (Google Earth Engine) cloud platform, the authors used Sentinel-2A multi-temporal data from February to November of 2021 to exclude error factors according to tobacco planting characteristics, and combined with the distribution characteristics of field sampling data to conclude the vegetation characteristics. Using the threshold method, Linyi City of Shandong Province was taken as an example. Study on automatic extraction of tobacco planting plots was carried out. The results showed that the combined model of GEE and random forest algorithm could accurately obtain the spatial distribution information of tobacco planting field, and the overall classification accuracy was 96.04%. The classification of this research method is of high quality, which can meet the research requirement and provide accurate, quick and scientific reference for the tobacco planting field management department.
