几种外源物质对盐胁迫下波斯菊种子萌发的影响

Effects of Exogenous Substances on Seed Germination of Cosmos bipinnata Under Salt Stress

摘要:

为了减轻盐胁迫对波斯菊种子萌发的影响,提高波斯菊种子的盐耐受力,为波斯菊的盐碱地栽培提供技术支持。以波斯菊种子为试材,研究不同浓度的外源物质(CaCl2、SA和SNP)引发处理对临界NaCl胁迫下波斯菊种子萌发的影响。结果表明,对照的发芽率为97.78%,而在175 mmol/L NaCl下,波斯菊种子的发芽率为42.22%,比对照下降了56.82%。因此,临界NaCl胁迫浓度为175 mmol/L。对波斯菊种子进行0.2 mmol/L SA、0.3 mmol/L CaCl2或0.25 mmol/L SNP引发处理后,在175 mmol/L NaCl下波斯菊种子发芽率分别为72.22%、71.11%或64.44%,均能够较好缓解175 mmol/L NaCl对萌发的抑制作用。由此可见,适当浓度的CaCl2、SNP和SA引发处理都可对波斯菊种子萌发盐胁迫均有缓解作用。

Abstract:

In order to alleviate the negative impact of salt stress on the germination of Cosmos bipinnata seeds and improve their salt tolerance, and to provide technical support for the cultivation of C. bipinnata on saline-alkali land, this study used the seeds of C. bipinnata as research materials to examine the effects of seed priming with different concentrations of exogenous substances (CaCl2, SA and SNP) on the germination of C. bipinnata seeds under critical NaCl stress. The results showed that the germination rate of the control group was 97.78%, while that of C. bipinnata seeds under 175 mmol/L NaCl was 42.22%, which decreased by 56.82% compared to the control group. Therefore, the critical NaCl stress concentration was 175 mmol/L. After priming with 0.2 mmol/L SA, 0.3 mmol/L CaCl2, or 0.25 mmol/L SNP, the germination rates of C. bipinnata seeds under 175 mmol/L NaCl were 72.22%, 71.11%, and 64.44%, respectively. All of these could effectively alleviate the inhibitory effect of 175 mmol/L NaCl on germination. Therefore, it can be seen that seed priming with appropriate concentrations of CaCl2, SNP, and SA can alleviate salt stress on the germination of C. bipinnata seeds.
