不同发育期红树莓果、叶主要功效成分对有机肥施用的响应

The Response of the Main Functional Components of Red Raspberry Fruit and Leaves to Organic Fertilizer Application

摘要:

为探究有机肥对红树莓主要功效成分含量的影响,以双季红树莓‘海尔特兹’为试材,基肥选用羊粪肥和有机菌肥(30×103、60×103、120×103 kg/hm2,分别用Y2、Y4、Y8、J2、J4、J8表示),研究不同发育时期红树莓果实、叶片中总鞣花酸、水杨酸、总糖、花色苷、多酚含量,利用雷达图分析法对施肥种类及用量进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)果实、叶片的总鞣花酸含量分别在第2次开花期、结果初期的J4、J8处理下达到最高,分别为4.76、22.61 mg/g,各较CK增加29.72%、172.50%。(2)果实、叶片的水杨酸含量分别在第2次开花期、结果初期的Y4、Y2处理下显著高于其他各处理,分别为51.28、460.30 μg/g。(3)果实和叶片的总糖含量分别在第2次结果期、结果初期的Y8、Y2处理下达到最高,分别为10.10%、41.38%。(4)果实和叶片的花色苷含量分别在第2次开花期、结果初期的J2、Y2处理下达到最高,分别为12.74、1.16 mg/g。(5)果实和叶片的多酚含量分别在第2次开花期的Y4、J4处理下达到最高,分别为7.04、27.46 mg/g。雷达图综合评价表明,Y2、J4、J8处理综合评价最高。施用有机肥可增加红树莓果实、叶片中主要功效成分含量,结合生产实际成本需求,J4为最佳施肥处理。

Abstract:

The paper aims to investigate the effect of organic fertilizer on the content of the main functional components of red raspberry. The content of total ellagic acid, salicylic acid, total sugars, anthocyanin and polyphenols in the fruits and leaves were determined by applying base fertilizer of sheep manure and organic fungal fertilizer to double-season red raspberry ‘Heritage’ at different developmental phase (fertilizer application rates of 30×103, 60×103 and 120×103 kg/hm2, denoted by Y2, Y4, Y8, J2, J4, J8 respectively). Radar plot analysis was used to evaluate the fertilizer type and amount. The results showed that: (1) the total ellagic acid content of fruits and leaves reached the highest under J4 and J8 treatments at the second flowering and first fruiting stage, with 4.76 and 22.61 mg/g,respectively, which increased by 29.72% and 172.50% compared to CK. (2) The salicylic acid content of fruits and leaves were significantly higher than all other treatments under Y4 and Y2 at the second flowering period and first fruiting period, respectively, at 51.28 and 460.30 μg/g. (3) The total sugar content of fruits and leaves reached the highest under Y8 and Y2 treatments at the second fruiting period and first fruiting period, which were 10.10% and 41.38%. (4) The content of anthocyanin in fruits and leaves reached the highest level of 12.74 and 1.16 mg/g under J2 and Y2 treatments at the second flowering and early fruiting stages, respectively. (5) Fruits and leaves polyphenols contents reached the highest under Y4 and J4 in the second flowering period, which were 7.04 and 27.46 mg/g, respectively. The comprehensive evaluation of Radar chart showed that the highest comprehensive evaluation was achieved under Y2, J4, and J8 in the three resultant periods. The content of the main functional components in the fruits and leaves of red raspberry can be increased by the application of organic fertilizers. The J4 treatment was the best fertilization treatment, taking into account the actual cost requirements of production.
