热胁迫对5个品种观赏桃叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光的影响

Effects of Heat Stress on Chlorophyll Content and Chlorophyll Fluorescence in Leaves of Five Varieties of Ornamental Peaches

摘要:

研究不同胁迫时长下温度对5个品种观赏桃叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光的影响,并比较观赏桃的耐热性。测定经过不同处理后观赏桃叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数变化,利用主成分分析法和模糊综合评价法比较不同品种观赏桃的耐热性。结果表明,随着热胁迫时间的延长、温度的逐渐升高,5个品种观赏桃叶片叶绿素含量降低,Fo值上升,FmFv/Fm值下降;ABS/RCTRo/RCDIo/RCETo/RC均增加;φPoφoφEo先逐渐升高再快速下降,在叶片失活前φDo达到最大值,失活后快速下降并趋近于0。温度在43℃以下时,处理时长对叶片结构和功能无明显影响;温度在43℃左右及以上时,无论短时的高温还是长时间的高温,均导致叶片细胞膜系统的结构、光系统Ⅱ反应中心及其电子传递链的结构受到不可逆的损伤。说明观赏桃的叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数的变化主要与胁迫温度有关。不同品种观赏桃耐高温的能力存在差异,‘迎春桃’的耐热性最强,‘满天红桃’耐热性最弱。

Abstract:

The study aims to explore the effects of temperature under different stress durations on chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence in five varieties of ornamental peach leaves, and compare the heat resistance in ornamental peaches. Changes in chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of ornamental peach leaves after different treatments were measured, and the heat resistance of different varieties of ornamental peaches was compared using principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that with the prolongation of heat stress duration and the gradual increase in temperature, the chlorophyll content in the leaves of the five varieties of ornamental peaches decreased, Fo value increased, and Fm and Fv/Fm values decreased; ABS/RC, TRo/RC, DIo/RC, and ETo/RC all increased; φPo, φo, and φEo first gradually increased and then decreased rapidly, with φDo reaching the maximum value before leaf inactivation, and decreasing rapidly to approach zero after inactivation. When the temperature was below 43℃, the treatment duration had no obvious effect on leaf structure and function; when the temperature was around or above 43℃, both short-term and long-term high temperatures would cause irreversible damage to the leaf cell membrane system, the structure of photosystem II reaction center, and its electron transfer chain. This indicates that changes in chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in ornamental peaches are mainly related to the stress temperature. Different varieties of ornamental peaches have varying heat resistance, the heat resistance of Amygdalus perscia ‘Yingchun’ is the strongest and A. perscia ‘Mantianhong’ is the lowest.
