猕猴桃黑头病生防菌的筛选、鉴定及防效评价

Screening, Identification and Control Effect of Biocontrol Bacteria Against Kiwifruit Black Spot Disease

摘要:

研究旨在筛选对猕猴桃黑头病病原真菌(Diaporthe eres)有拮抗作用的菌株。通过平板对峙法从陕西周至县猕猴桃根际土壤中分离筛选到1株具有明显拮抗作用的菌株BKH。显微及菌落形态观察、生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析结果表明,该菌株为双向伯克霍尔德氏菌(Burkholderia ambifaria)。菌株BKH在平板上能显著抑制Diaporthe eres生长,抑菌率为72.5%,且对猕猴桃黑头病田间防效可达91.7%,在猕猴桃黑头病生物防治方面具有应用潜力。

Abstract:

In order to screen the antagonistic bacteria against Diaporthe eres, strain BKH with good antagonistic effect was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Actinidia chinensis in Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province by plate confrontation method. BKH strain was identified as Burkholderia ambifaria, through the methods of colony and microscopic morphology observation, physiological and biochemical test and 16S rDNA gene sequences analysis. BKH strain could significantly inhibit the growth of Diaporthe eres on the plate, and the inhibition rate was 72.5%. The field control effect of BKH strain against kiwifruit black spot disease was 91.7%, which had great potential in biological control of kiwifruit black spot disease.
