摘要:

本研究以内蒙古西鄂尔多斯地区的衰退沙柳(Salix psammophila)人工林为对象,探讨了不同平茬处理对沙柳细根生理生态特性及土壤含水率的影响。通过对比分析不同平茬处理下沙柳细根总根长、细根总体积、细根总表面积、细根根系活力、细根脯氨酸、细根可溶性糖等指标,以及沙柳林下土壤含水率的变化,采用隶属函数综合分析法筛选出最优的平茬模式。结果表明,0 cm平茬处理在细根生理生态特征和土壤含水率方面均表现最佳。垂直(水平)方向均值分别为:细根活力53.70 mg/(g·h)、细根脯氨酸20.26 μg/g、细根可溶性糖59.89 mg/g、细根总根长443.52 cm (407.49 cm)、细根总体积1.11 cm3 (0.86 cm3)、细根总表面积115.25 cm2 (108.98 cm2);土壤含水率均值为4.95%。本研究为相似荒漠环境的植被恢复和生态环境建设提供了重要的生态修复理论和科学依据。

Abstract:

To study the effects of different stumping treatments on the ecological and physiological characteristics and soil moisture content of the underground part of Salix psammophila in the western Ordos area of Inner Mongolia, the total root length, total volume, total surface area, root activity, proline, soluble sugar and soil moisture content of Salix psammophila under different stumping treatments were studied, and the optimal stubble mode was selected by using the comprehensive analysis method of membership function. The results showed that the 0 cm stubble treatment exhibited the best performance in terms of fine root physiological and ecological characteristics, as well as soil moisture content. The mean values in vertical (horizontal) direction were: fine root vitality 53.70 mg/(g·h), proline 20.26 μg/g, soluble sugar 59.89 mg/g, total root length 443.52 cm (407.49 cm), total volume 1.11 cm3 (0.86 cm3), and total surface area 115.25 cm2 (108.98 cm2); the soil moisture content was 4.95% on average. This study provides important theoretical and scientific bases for vegetation restoration and ecological environment construction in similar desert environments.
