Abstract: Glutinous sorghum variety XiangLiangYou1 is bred through crossing the XiangGlutinousSorghums-1 and Xiang 10721, by the theory of making nucleas steril with the effect of temperature and ray .it’s the first new variety in the world which is bred by two-systems method .what is it different from the other generic varieties about hybrid preponderance ,variety’s characteristic and autuman -patch’s ability of regeneration ? Moreover ,the native usually only plants the spring-patch and no autuman-patch. In this article , the aim of author is how to confirm the time of cutting the spring-patch and the time of making autuman-patch grow spike safely according to ZheJiang climate. After doing experiment and researching for 5 years ,the author has cleared that this double have strong stems, compact figure ,distinct hybrid preponderance ,wide adaptability ,high yield ,strong regenerantion and their growing time is short .the author has grasped how to confirm the harvest-time of spring-patch and the technology of regeneration of autuman-patch.
