Abstract: Investigations and studies indicate，in late sick winter wheat field，sick leaves are distribute the upper part of wheat，sick leaves of the same position aren,t serious than early sick wheat field，so the fungus fountainheat quantity formming in itself field are low，this is disadvantage to breakking out wheat stripe rust in the later period，the control effect is obvious to wheat rust。so to early wheat field，we demant choosing control in the early period and control in the middle period；to late sick wheat field ，we demant control in the middle period，controling the settle of outside fungus fountainheat and formming of inside down fungus fountainheat，lightening the degree of wheat rust effectively, in year having illness above ntermediate, in neat ears and florescence of wheat generally prevent and cure sick field.
