Simultaneous Determination of 18 Elements in Caoxian Asparagus by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要:

芦笋中营养元素含量丰富,曹县芦笋因其种植历史悠久、品质优良,广受关注。通过建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定芦笋中18种元素含量的方法,对曹县芦笋中营养元素的本底值进行了较全面的分析。样品经硝酸-过氧化氢体系微波消解处理后,选择合适的内标元素改善基体效应及干扰,同时测定曹县芦笋中的18种元素含量。结果表明:钠、镁、钾在质量浓度范围0~20000 μg/L,铝、钙、矾、铬、猛、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、镉、钡、铅在质量浓度范围0~500 μg/L内,各元素线性关系良好(r>0.9996),方法精密度集中在0.34%~3.41%,加标回收率在88.35%~105.36%。样品中钠、镁、钾、钙含量较高,且富硒能力强。该方法操作简单、数据准确、检出限低,可同时测定芦笋中18种元素含量,并能为曹县芦笋中营养元素本底含量的监测提供数据参考。

Abstract:

Asparagus is rich in nutrients, and Caoxian asparagus is popular because of its long history of planting and good quality. By establishing a method for determining the contents of 18 nutrient elements in asparagus by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), the background value of nutrient elements in Caoxian asparagus was comprehensively analyzed. After the samples were microwave-digested by HNO3-H2O2 peroxide, appropriate internal standard isotope elements were selected to improve the matrix effect and interference, and the 18 elements in Caoxian asparagus were determined by ICP-MS. The results showed that the linear range of Na, Mg and K in the mass concentration range of 0-20000 μg/L and Al, Ca, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Cd, Ba and Pb in the mass concentration range of 0-500 μg/L were good (r>0.9996), the precision of the instrument was concentrated in 0.34%-3.41%, and the recovery rate of standard addition was 88.35%-105.36%. The contents of Na, Mg, K and Ca in asparagus were at a relatively high level, and the content of Se was more abundant. This method is suitable for quick, sensitive and accurate determination of 18 elements in asparagus, and can provide data support for monitoring the background content of nutrient elements in Caoxian asparagus.
