基质、氮磷钾比例和氮肥浓度对文心兰生长的影响

摘要:

以文心兰切花品种“黄金二号”为试验材料,对不同基质、不同氮磷钾配比及氮肥浓度三个因素进行组合筛选。试验结果显示,基质(水苔+木炭(1:1))有利于促进一年生文心兰植株生长,对次代新芽生长达到显著性差异。有利于芽高生长发育的组合是水苔+木炭(1:1),氮磷钾施肥比例30:10:10,氮肥浓度200mg/L;假球茎发育阶段以水苔+木炭(1:1),氮磷钾施肥比例20:20:20,氮肥浓度100mg/L为最好;次代新芽以水苔+木炭(1:1),氮磷钾肥比例为20:20:20,氮肥浓度为200mg/L时生长好。

Abstract:

Research was conducted to investigate the interaction of different medium, N, P, K Ratio and nitrogen concentration combinations on growth of ‘Onc. Goldiana × Onc. Guiena Gold’. Plants grown in the sphagnum moss: charcoal (1:1) promoted shoot, pseudobulb and significantly enhanced secondary shoot growth. Combinations of sphagnum moss: charcoal (1:1), 30N:10P2O5:10K2O and 200mg/L nitrogen accelerated shoot growth, while giving combinations of sphagnum moss: charcoal (1:1), 20N:20P2O5:20K2O and 100mg/L nitrogen boosted pseudobulb growth, at the same time enhanced secondary shoot growth only increasing N from 100mg/L to 200mg/L.
