摘要：

为充分了解MRSA在世界范围的流行状况以及发达国家针对MRSA流行所采取的措施，本研究主要介绍了在12个欧洲国家（奥地利、德国、匈牙利、意大利、法国、西班牙、荷兰、丹麦、芬兰、瑞典、挪威和冰岛）和日本MRSA的流行趋势，各国采取的MRSA筛选的指征和方法，实验室诊断及隔离、治疗措施，以及相应的检测及控制措施等，同时还介绍了中国近年来MRSA的流行趋势以及国家采取的应对措施。

Abstract:

n order to introduce the prevalence situation of MRSA and the measures which developed countries are taking to control MRSA, this paper included the trends of MRSA, the indications and methods for MRSA screening, laboratory diagnosis, isolation and treatment, the corresponding detection and control measures in 12 European countries (Austria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Iceland) and Japan. It also introduced the trends of MRSA in China in recent years and national measures taken in response.
