摘要:

文章总结了秦岭报春花属植物种质资源种类及分布特征,理清了秦岭报春花属植物系统发育关系,基于繁殖技术、栽培适应性、新品种选育和药用价值相关研究进展,针对性地提出“就地保护为主,迁地保护为辅”的秦岭报春花属植物种质资源开发利用原则。以加深和拓宽理论研究为基准,以推动新品种改良为重点,致力于推动野生报春花属植物在城市园林绿地中的应用和产业化生产,进而丰富城市绿地景观构成、提高人居环境质量和人类福祉,并为秦岭报春花属种质资源的应用研究提供科学参考。

Abstract:

This paper summarized the species and distribution characteristics of Primula germplasm resources, clarified the phylogenetic relationship of Primula plants in Qinling mountains, and proposed the principle of ‘in-situ protection first, ex-situ protection second’ for development and utilization of Primula germplasm resources in Qinling mountains based on the research progress of propagation technology, cultivation adaptability, new variety breeding and medicinal value. Based on deepening and broadening the theoretical research, focusing on promoting the improvement of new varieties, we are committed to promoting the application and industrial production of wild Primula plants in urban garden green space, thus enriching the landscape composition of urban green space, improving the quality of human settlements and human wellbeings, and providing scientific reference for the application research of Primula germplasm resources in Qinling mountains.
