辣椒农艺性状与产量的相关分析和通径分析

摘要:

为研究辣椒农艺性状和产量之间的关系,对200份辣椒种质资源的9个农艺性状和产量进行相关分析和通径分析。考察的性状变异系数大;性状之间相关性紧密,大多存在显著、极显著的相关关系;考察性状与产量相关性从高到低为单果重、株高、果肉厚、果横径、茎粗、单株果数、果长、第一节间距;单株果数、单果重、果横径、果肉厚、果长对产量的直接作用显著,单株果数通过果横径、果肉厚、单果重对单株产量产生负效应;果长通过果横径、果肉厚、单果重对产量产生负效应;果横径通过单株果数对产量产生的负效应较大,通过单果重产生的正效应较大;果肉厚对产量的直接作用较小,而通过单株果数和果肉厚对产量的影响较大;单果重对产量的直接作用较大,通过单株果数对产量产生的负效应较大,而通过果横径对产量产生较大的正效应。所考察的辣椒性状之间相互关系复杂,单株果数、单果重、果横径、果肉厚、果长直接调控产量,在育种中可着重考虑单株果数。在后续研究中应扩大性状考察范围,以更深入研究性状与产量的关系。

Abstract:

To investigate the relationship between pepper agronomic traits and yield, this paper conducted correlation analysis and path analysis on nine agronomic traits and yield of 200 pepper germplasm resources. The results showed that the investigated traits had a large coefficient of variation, and there were tight correlations between traits, most of which had significant or extremely significant correlation relationships. The correlation between the investigated traits and yield was in the following order: single fruit weight> plant height> pulp thickness> fruit diameter> stem diameter> fruit number per plant> fruit length> distance of the first section. The direct effects of the number of fruits per plant, single fruit weight, fruit diameter, flesh thickness, and fruit length on yield were significant; the number of fruits per plant produced a negative effect on yield per plant through fruit diameter, flesh thickness, and single fruit weight; fruit length produced a negative effect on yield through fruit diameter, flesh thickness, and single fruit weight; the negative effect of fruit diameter on yield through the number of fruits per plant was greater than the positive effect through single fruit weight; the direct effect of flesh thickness on yield was small, while its influence on yield through the number of fruits per plant and flesh thickness was greater; the direct effect of single fruit weight on yield was large, the negative effect through the number of fruits per plant was greater, and the positive effect through fruit diameter was greater. The relationships between the investigated pepper traits are complex, and single fruit weight, fruit number per plant, fruit diameter, pulp thickness, and fruit length directly regulate yield. In breeding, attention can be paid to single fruit weight, and in subsequent studies, the scope of trait investigation should be expanded to further study the relationship between traits and yield.
