农村国土整治项目规划方案的优选——以重庆市杨柳项目为例

Optimization Research on the Planning Program of Territorial Management in Rural Areas -A Case Study of Yangliu, Chongqing

摘要:

为了在国土整治项目规划中对规划方案进行优选,笔者以重庆市忠县拔山镇杨柳项目为例,运用层次分析法量化了影响规划方案优选的主要因子,并构建了优化模型。结果表明,在备选的3个方案中,方案2的层次总排序最高,为0.532;方案3的层次总排序居中,为0.346;方案1的层次总排序最低,为0.122。方案2是重庆市杨柳项目最优的国土整治方案。同时也说明,用层次分析法进行农村国土整治项目规划方案的优选是可行的。

Abstract:

In order to choose the best scheme in the improvement plans, the author took the yangliu project in the bashan town, zhong county, chongqing city as an case. The main factors which impacted the optimization were quantified by AHP and the model was constructed. The results showed that the total permutation of the second plan, which was 0.532, ranked first among the three scenarios; the third plan, which was 0.346, ranked middle; and the first plan, which was 0.122, ranked the lowest level. The second plan was the optimal one in the willow improvement programs. Also it showed that it was feasible to select the optimal of rural land planning scheme plan using AHP.
