河北省主要杂粮优势区域布局研究

摘要：

河北省是杂粮生产大省，其杂粮布局模糊、优势区域不明显、种植分散等突出问题，一直是制约河北省杂粮发展的主要因素。通过生产聚集度分析，明确了河北省主要杂粮生产的区域，即48个县（市、区）为杂粮生产大县；采用比较效益模型（密切值法）分析河北省主要杂粮作物及区域比较效益，然后结合两者进行分析，最后提出河北省主要杂粮优势区域布局方案：（1）谷子在太行山区、燕山西部地区、黑龙港地区适时适地推广高产优质品种、抗旱高产品种、富硒保健品种、优质简化栽培品种等冀谷系列品种。（2）绿豆在太行山区、燕山山区、黑龙港地区、重点发展适合本地的优质高产、出口型绿豆品种；红小豆在太行山区、张承秦地区及迁安、迁西、黑龙港地区、山前平原地区重点发展适宜的优质高产、出沙率高、出口型品种。（3）甘薯在太行山区重点发展淀粉型品种、高产早熟品种。燕山丘陵区发展淀粉型品种、鲜食型品种、高产早熟品种。（4）高粱在太行山区、黑龙港地区发展饲用型和酿造高粱，滨海平原区重点发展酿造品种、饲用品种和能源品种。

Abstract:

Hebei is a producing province of the grain. The grain is about highlight problem of layout vague, obvious advantages of the region, growing dispersion etc. These problems restricted the grains of the main factors in Hebei Province. This paper analyzed the production aggregation, defined the major grain crops production areas in Hebei Province, there were 48 counties (urban, area) for the grain crops producing big counties; this paper analyzed major grain crops and region comparative benefit by compare effectiveness of model (osculating value method) in Hebei Province. And then analyzed the two proposed regional. At last, the paper proposed the major grain crops superiority region layout proposal in Hebei Province: (1) The millet was planted in mountain of Tai-hang, west Yan-shan and Hei-long-gang area, these area fit kinds of high yield and quality, high drought, health Se, simplify the cultivation of quality. (2) The mung bean was planted in mountain of Tai-hang, Yan-shan, Hei-long-gang area. These areas fit kinds of high yield and quality, export-oriented. Adzuki bean was planted in mountain of Tai-hang, Zhang-Cheng-Qin area, Qian-an, Qian-xi area, Hei-long-gang area, plain of front the hill. These areas fit kinds of high yield and quality, the high sand, export-oriented. (3) Sweet potato fitted kinds of starchy, High-yielding early maturing in mountain of Tai-hang, sweet potato fits kinds of starchy, Fresh Type, High-yielding early maturing in Yan-shan area. (4) Broomcorn fitted kinds of forage, brewing in mountain of Tai-hang and Hei-long-gang area, it fittec kinds of brewing, forage, energy in coastal plain area.
