摘要:

最近研究发现KiSS-1基因在哺乳动物生殖内分泌的调节中具有重要作用,其编码的产物-kisspeptin能够强有力地刺激促性腺激素的分泌。本文综述了KiSS-1基因与生殖相关的表达及性腺类固醇激素、代谢激素和光周期对其在下丘脑表达调节的最新研究进展,为今后KiSS-1基因的研究取向提供参考。

Abstract:

Recently, it has been found that KiSS-1 gene plays important roles in mammlian reproduction. Kisspeptin, the peptide product of the KiSS-1 gene has been shown to be powerful stimulators of the gonadotropin. Recent advances of expression of KiSS-1 gene related with reproduction and its regulation of hypothalamic expression by sex steroid hormones, metabolic hormone and photoperiod were reviewed in this paper,providing a reference for the direction of further study of KiSS-1 gene.
