12种砧木对‘巨峰’葡萄产量及果实品质的影响

摘要:

以12种新引进的抗寒砧木为试材(‘贝达’作对照),分析砧木对巨峰葡萄产量和品质方面的影响。在接穗果实产量上,‘山河1号’和‘河岸5号’砧上‘巨峰’果实产量极显著高于‘贝达’砧;在接穗果实品质上,通过比较单果重、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量和花青苷含量来对各砧木进行评价。结果表明:供试各砧木上‘巨峰’葡萄产量和品质均好于‘贝达’砧或与‘贝达’砧相当,在生产上有替代‘贝达’的可能。

Abstract:

Twelve new cold resistant rootstocks were as materials and ‘Beta’ as CK, to study the effects of 12 rootstocks on yield and qualities of fruits. Vitis amurensis × V. riparia NO.1 and V. riparia Glore on yield of fruits were significant higher than it was on ‘Beta’. For qualities of fruits, main ingredients of the weight of single-fruit, soluble solid substances, organic acid, soluble carbohydrate and contents of anthcyanin were analyzed was carried out. According to the evaluation, yield and qualities of fruit of the twelve rootstocks were higher than or equal to ‘Beta’, and they possibly substitute for ‘Beta’.
