体外成熟培养时间对牛卵母细胞孤雌发育的影响

摘要:

为了探讨牛卵母细胞体外成熟培养时间对孤雌胚胎发育的影响,通过比较18.5、22和25.5 h等3个不同成熟培养时间下孤雌胚的卵裂率和囊胚率,从而确定较为理想的体外成熟培养时间。试验结果发现,体外不同成熟培养时间下卵母细胞的孤雌卵裂率之间并无显著差异,虽然体外培养22 h卵母细胞的孤雌卵裂率稍稍高于体外培养18.5 h和25.5 h卵母细胞的孤雌胚卵裂率,但差异不显著;而不同成熟培养时间下卵母细胞的孤雌囊胚率之间存在着显著的差异,体外成熟培养22 h卵母细胞的孤雌囊胚率显著高于其它两组。该结果证明卵母细胞体外培养时间是影响孤雌胚发育的一个重要因素,体外培养时间过长或过短都会对孤雌胚今后的发育产生不利影响。

Abstract:

In order to discuss the effect of cultured time on parthenogenetic development of bovine oocytes in vitro, the study was designed on the basis of previous studies, by comparing the cleavage rate and blastocyst rate of three different groups of parthenogenetic embryos, so as to determine the existence of differences of parthenogenetic embryo developmental capability under different cultured time in vitro. The results showed that the cleavage rate was not significantly different among three groups under different cultured time in vitro, and the cleavage rate of oocytes under 22h cultured time in vitro was slightly higher than that of 18.5h and 25.5h. The blastocyst rate was significantly different among three groups, in which the group of oocytes under 22h cultured time in vitro was significantly higher than that of the other two groups. The results indicated that different cultured time in vitro did affect the development of parthenogenetic embryos differently. It would bring adverse effects on the development capability of parthenogenetic embryos if the cultured time was too long or too short.
