不同磷水平对橡胶树磷吸收利用特性的影响

The Effects of Different Phosphorus Levels on Phosphorus Absorption and Utilization Efficiency of Hevea Brasiliensis

摘要:

为了研究磷素的缺乏对橡胶树磷吸收利用的影响,利用橡胶树PRIM600号实生无性系幼苗为材料,通过水培试验,研究了不同磷水平(P2O5浓度为31、10、5、1、0 mg/L)下橡胶树磷吸收、利用、分配和再利用规律。结果表明,巴西橡胶树幼苗的根、茎、叶的吸收效率均随着磷水平的降低而明显降低,而利用效率则随着磷水平的降低而明显升高,各低磷处理均与正常处理达到差异显著水平。叶磷分配率则随着磷水平的下降表现出上升趋势,茎磷分配率随着磷水平的降低表现出下降趋势,而根磷分配率则无明显变化趋势。橡胶树根、茎、叶中的可溶性磷均随着磷水平的降低而降低,大多数低磷处理均显著低于正常处理,同时,橡胶树根、茎中的可溶性磷含量要明显高于叶可溶性磷含量。在低磷处理下,橡胶树根、茎、叶中的酸性磷酸酶活性都有显著的提高,显著高于正常供磷处理。

Abstract:

To study the effect of phosphorus (P) deficiency on P efficiency, the hydroponics culture experiments were carried out with the Clone RRIM600 (Hevea brasiliensis) seedlings under different P levels (P2O5: 0, 1, 5, 10, 31 mg/L). The results indicated that, in the root, stem and leaf of the Hevea, the absorption efficiency decreased but the utilization efficiency increased with the decreasing of the P level; all of the P deficiency treatments significantly differed with the normal P level. With the decreasing of the P level, the P partition of leaf increased, while the partition of stem decreased and partition of root had no obvious change. The soluble P content of leaf, stem and leaf of Hevea decreased with the decreasing of P level, most of the P deficiency treatments significantly differed with the normal P level. Meanwhile, the soluble P content of leaf, stem significantly higher than the leaf. The apase activity of root, stem and leaf of Hevea obviously increased under P deficiency, which significantly higher than that of the normal P level.
