Abstract: For the development of tea industry, Putian City in Fujian Province has some advantages in geographical resources, culture, tourism, marketing network, consumer groups, developing experience of industry. So there are some measures to create the characteristic tea industrial economy of Putian City. Such as producing high quality green tea by making use of the geographical advantages in resources and professional training, with the history of Putian’ tea and tourism platform to develop the tea industry’s brand culture, expand the tea market both at home and abroad by making use of the market potential, applying strategy of industrialization to promote the overall benefits of tea industry. The results will be good for the agriculture, the county and the farmers of Putian City.
