湖南浓香型烤烟总糖含量与物理性状的关系分析

Relationship Between Total Sugar Content and Physical Property in Full Flavor Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves Grown in Different Areas of Hunan Province

摘要： 为研究烤烟总糖含量与物理性状的定量关系，对湖南浓香型烟区烤烟样本的总糖和物理性状进行检测鉴定，并对总糖与各项物理性状进行回归分析。结果表明，各项指标中变异系数从大到小排序为：单叶重=叶质重＞叶厚＞总糖＞叶宽=开片度＞含梗率=平衡含水率＞叶长；叶长、单叶重、叶厚、叶质重与总糖含量呈负相关，含梗率、平衡含水率与总糖含量呈正相关；叶宽与总糖含量的关系可用二次函数y=-0.0254x2+1.4442x-1.6097来描述；开片度与总糖含量可用二次函数y=-0.0347x2+2.1903x-1.502来描述，且均达显著水平。

Abstract: To quantify the relationships between total sugar and physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco, total sugar and physical characteristics of full flavor flue- cured samples grown in different area of Hunan Province were tested, regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation between total sugar and every physical property of flue-cured tobacco. The result showed that the variation of all parameters was in the order of leaf weight=weight per unit area＞thickness of leaf＞total sugar＞leaf width=open tablets degree＞stem ratio=equilibrium moisture content＞leaf length. Total sugar content had negative correlation with leaf length, leaf weight, thickness of leaf, weight per unit area, had positive correlation with stem ratio，equilibrium moisture content. The relationship could be described by quadratic equation y=-0.0254x2+1.4442x-1.6097 between total sugar content and leaf width, the relationship could be described by quadratic equation y=- 0.0347x2 + 2.1903x- 1.502 between total sugar content and open tablets degree, all above equation were significant at 5% level.
