张杂谷3号对PEG模拟干旱的生理响应

Physiological Responses of Hybrid Millet Variety‘Zhangzagu 3’to Simulated Drought Stress by PEG

摘要: 旨在研究杂交谷子品种‘张杂谷3 号’对干旱的生理响应特征及其抗旱性强度,为拓展中国旱作区农业发展途径及杂交谷子在旱作农业生产体系中的推广提供支持。利用不同浓度PEG-6000 溶液模拟干旱胁迫,比较了‘张杂谷3 号’、亲本1、亲本2 和常规种‘8311’共4 种谷子幼苗叶片叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生理生化指标对不同程度模拟干旱的响应特征。不同浓度PEG渗透胁迫的模拟干旱导致4 种谷子材料幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量均明显下降,‘张杂谷3 号’降幅最小;不同胁迫处理下4 种幼苗叶片的游离脯氨酸随胁迫程度急剧上升;不同胁迫下,4 种材料幼苗叶片内的MDA含量均有不同程度的增加,其中‘张杂谷3 号’增幅最小;4 种幼苗的SOD活性随胁迫加剧呈上升趋势,20%和30%PEG胁迫下,SOD活性均快速上升,其中‘张杂谷3 号’上升幅度最大。4 种材料在干旱胁迫下的适应能力存在差异,‘张杂谷3号’的耐旱性最强,常规谷子‘8311’次之,亲本2 最差。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physiological response characteristics and drought resistance of hybrid millet variety ‘Zhangzagu 3’ under the drought stress condition simulated by PEG.The results will expand the way of agricultureal development in Chinese arid areas and provide support for the hybrid millet cultivation generalization in agricultural production system of rain-fed area. The physiological and biochemistry indexes, such as leaf chlorophyll, free proline, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) , were compared in four cultivars of ‘Zhangzagu 3’, Parental 1, Parental 2 and conventional millet variety ‘8311’ under the different PEG-6000 solution concentrations. Chlorophyll contents of leave in four millet varieties were significantly decreased under the simulated drought conditions with different PEG osmotic stress concentrations and ‘Zhangzagu 3’ was the smallest. Free proline content of leave in four varieties seedling were sharply increased with stress level. MDA contents in leave of the four millet varieties increased with the drought stress aggravation and ‘Zhangzagu 3’ was the smallest. Activities of SOD in four kind seedlings were increased with worsening drought and the activities of SOD under 20% and 30% PEG-6000 concentration were rapidly enhanced and ‘Zhangzagu 3’ was the largest increase varity. The adaptabilities of four tested materials were different under drought stress. For drought tolerance ‘Zhangzagu 3’ was the strongest, ‘8311’ the second, and the Parental 2 the last.
