东北春大豆抗旱品种根系特征的研究

Research on Root Characteristics of Drought-Resistant Cultivars of Northeast China Spring Soybeans

摘要: 为了开展大豆抗旱育种,进行现有大豆种植区域布局,针对黑龙江省大豆现实生产缺少抗旱品种、产量低及大豆品种抗旱类型不明确等突出问题,本研究选用以黑龙江省不同类型春大豆40份为材料,利用溶液聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)进行芽期抗旱鉴定和苗期抗旱鉴定,对筛选出的抗旱品种进行干旱胁迫,对抗旱品种苗期根系总长度、根表面积、根体积、根冠比等指标进行研究,结果表明:芽期抗旱鉴定,绥字号、黑农号、合丰号及小粒型大豆品种抗旱性强较多,耐和较耐旱型品种为绥农22、合丰48、绥农30、尨小粒2号、黑河52、绥农28、垦豆26、黑农65、龙小粒1号、垦丰17、垦豆25、绥农10、抗线12、黑农61、黑农64、龙豆2号;苗期抗旱鉴定,合丰号、绥农号及黑农号品种较多,合丰50、黑农60、绥农28、合丰48、合丰51、黑农61、龙小粒豆2号、黑河51、黑河50、合丰56、黑农65、黑农64,结合春大豆芽期和苗期抗旱鉴定结果共筛出抗旱品种合丰48,绥农28、龙小粒2号,黑农65,黑农61,黑农64;随着抗旱胁迫增强,品种总根长、根总面积、根体积、及根冠比总体表现增加趋势,特别是从中度干旱到严重干旱时增加幅度最大,合丰48号表现最强,其次,黑农61和64、绥农28。

Abstract: In order to develop drought-resistance breeding of soybean and carry on regional distribution of soybean planting,aim at the outstanding problems in being short of drought-resistance cultivars、low yields and undefined the types of drought resistance in Heilongjiang Province, from which 40 varieties of spring soybeans were selected to identify the drought-resistance in budding and seedling stages by using PEG-6000 in this paper. Then simulate drought stress on the screened drought-resistant varieties to study the root characteristics including total root length, root surface area、root volume、root and crown ratio. The results were as following: In budding stage, Suinong series、Heinong series 、Hefeng series and xiaoli series showed more drought-resistance contained Suinong 22、Hefeng 48、Suinong 30、Longxiaolidou 2、Heihe 52、Suinong 28、Kendou 26、Heinong 65、Longxiaolidou 1、Kenfeng 17、Kendou 25、Suinong 10、anti-nematode 12、Heinong 61、Heinong 64 and Longdou2.In seedling stage, Hefeng series、Suinong series and Heinong series showed more drought-resistance contained Hefeng 50、Heinong 60、Suinong 28、Hefeng 48、Hefeng 51、Heinong 61、Longxiaolidou 2、Heihe 51、Heihe 50、Hefeng 56、Heinong 65 and Heinong 64. Combine the identification results of drought-resistance with budding and seedling stage, Hefeng 48,Suinong 28、Longxiaolidou 2,Heinong 65,Heinong 61,and Heinong 64 were screened out of which total root length, root surface area、root volume、root and crown ratio expressed the increasing tendency especially from moderate to severe drought with the drought stress intensity enhancing. The strongest performance variety was Hefeng48 and Heinong 61 Heinong 64 and Suinong 28 were stronger.
