陆地棉品种在体细胞培养中愈伤组织褐化的生化基础研究

摘要: 对陆地棉品种713、百棉1号、百棉3号的115d正常愈伤组织与褐化愈伤组织的可溶性蛋白、SOD酶、CAT酶、IAA氧化酶、PPO酶及棉酚的测定结果表明,愈伤组织褐化与PPO的活性和棉酚的含量有关,褐化导致了SOD酶、IAA氧化酶和CAT酶活性的降低及蛋白合成的减少。

Abstract: The result that normal and browning callus of 713、baimian1 and baimian3 was measured on solubility protein、SOD enzyme、CAT enzyme、IAA enzyme、PPO enzyme and gossypol showed that callus browning was in relation to the activity of PPO enzyme and the quantity of gossypol, Browning leaded to be lower activity of SOD enzyme、IAA enzyme and CAT enzyme,reducing of protein synthesize.
