摘要： 自疑似牛病毒性腹泻-粘膜病的流产奶牛粪便及血液中分离得到一株不产生细胞病变的病毒，经双抗体夹心ELISA检测及RT-PCR扩增进一步证实该病毒为牛病毒性腹泻-粘膜病病毒。

Abstract: An non-cytopathic(NCP) biotype strain of bovine viral diarrhea virus was isolated from the dejection and blood of aborted bovine, which was suspected to be bovine viral diarrhea. By sandwich ELISA and RT-PCR identification, the virus was classified as bovine viral diarrhea virus.
