烟草核酸数据库管理系统的实现

摘要: 针对课题在构建烟草cDNA文库的过程中,需要处理大量DNA序列的测序结果和进行相关的序列分析和管理,根据实验的具体要求,采用微软公司新一代的计算机编程语言.NET研究开发相应的管理分析软件,开发出烟草核酸数据库管理系统,软件能完成直接读取相应的测序报告文件,并将结果储存于数据库当中,并且具有远程自动比对功能,对结果进行分析。通过使用该软件系统,完成了对近1千条序列的直接管理和辅助分析,发现了烟草核酸新序列,设计探针以进行分子生物学有关研究,提高了整个实验过程的效率。

Abstract: In the process of constructing the tobacco DNA library, it often needs to process the massive data of DNA sequencing results, and carries on the sequence analysis and the management. According to the experience concrete request, the software for the management and analysis has been developed, it adopting .NET language, the new generation calculator language of the Microsoft Company, can easily read the sequencing report files, saving the result into the database automatically, and it has the function to distance Blast online. After the direct management and assistance analysis of more than one thousand sequences, new sequences of nucleic acid from tobacco has been found, then, we design the probe to carry on the relevant research of molecular biology by Tobacco Nucleic Acid Database Management System, and it enhances the efficiency of the entire experiment.
