摘要: 简要讨论了近年来植物抗病毒基因工程的方法策略,主要包括:植物自身的抗病毒基因策略、来源于病毒的抗性基因策略,干扰素等抗性策略;并分析了其存在问题和发展趋势。

Abstract: The paper briefly discussed the strategies in genetic engineering for plant resistance to viral diseases in recent years. These strategies include host-gene-mediated resistance strategies and pathogen-derived resistance strategies, which include viral coat protein gene, movement protein gene, replicase gene, satellite RNA, antisense RNA, and defective interfering RNA. In addition, antibody gene, ribozyme and in terferon also have the ability to confer resistance against plant viruses. Meanwhile, resistance mechanisms and the perspective of application of each strategy were briefly discussed.
