摘要: 【目的】为探讨毛头鬼伞多糖(Coprinus comatus)的生物活性,对毛头鬼伞多糖抗烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)活性进行测定,明确活性部位,为进一步分离纯化提供理论依据。【方法】从毛头鬼伞子实体和菌丝体提取多糖,并初步纯化,采用半叶法和叶碟法对抗病毒活性进行测定。【结果】毛头鬼伞多糖对TMV具有较强的体外抑制和抗病毒侵染作用,对TMV具有明显的体内抑制复制效果;在TMV接种前施用可以显著降低TMV侵染能力。【结论】毛头鬼伞多糖具有较好的抗TMV活性,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】To explore bio-activity of polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus, antiviral activity of polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus on tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was investigated. It can provide theoretical evidence for purification. 【METHOD】Polysaccharide of fruiting body and polysaccharide of mycelium were isolated from Coprinus comatus, and their antiviral activity were researched. 【RESULTS】 Polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus had strong antiviral activity of preventing infection of virus, affected significantly multiplication of TMV and can reduce infection when applied before TMV inoculation. 【CONCLUSION】Polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus had strong antiviral activity.
