Abstract: The experiment designed twelve experimental groups to inject laboratory mice ,including four kinds of diameters colloid gold ,each of it have three kinds of doses. This experimentation adopt MTT ,RIA , LDH assays to mensurate the activity of lymphocyte proliferating and abdominal cavity macrophage, content of IL-2 in serum and induction in spleen lymphocyte and activity of NK cell. The results shows that different effects on mice which injects CG for mice.0.3 mL 0.2 mL of 15 nm , 10 nmCG can enhance the activity of lymphocyte proliferating and increase content of IL-2 in serum and induction in spleen lymphocyte, meanwhile they can also enhance the activity of abdominal cavity macrophage and NK cell notably. 0.1 mL doses can improve also but unconspicuous. The effects on eath doses of 5nm and 20nmCG is fluctuate.they can improve the four criterions but unconspicuous, the low doses have no effect. We can learn that the middle and high doses of 15 nm and 10 nm colloidal gold can enhancing specific and nonspecific immune response in laboratory mice.
