Abstract: In order to promoting the development of super quality wheat in Zhumadian city Henan province， and complying with the standard of wheat quality， the species of super quality wheat were selected， such as Zhengmai 9023 thm2t contains strong gluten of wheat variety， Yumai 18 thm2t contains middle gluten of wheat variety， and Yumai 50 thm2t contains weak gluten of wheat variety. The ecological zone was divided by the ecological environment and climate condition. The suitable planting zone was divided by the experiment of fertilizer application and the fertilization system. The experimental results showed thm2t the zone Ⅰis the most suitable zone of the weak gluten of wheat variety， and it is the second suitable zone of the middle gluten of wheat variety. The zone Ⅱ is the most suitable zone of the middle gluten of wheat variety， and it is the second suitable zone of the weak and strong gluten of wheat variety. The zone Ⅲ is suitable zone of the strong and middle gluten of wheat variety.
