中国精准农业的研究现状和发展方向

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 精准农业是以信息为基础，利用传感器及现代先进的监测技术，完整、准确、及时的了解土地和作物的详细数据，结合精确时空统计分析，及时迅速的做出决策的一种农业管理系统。在介绍精准农业的内涵及其基本技术组成的基础上，进一步论述了中国现今精准农业的研究现状及其存在的主要问题。（1）不同地区经济发展水平差异较大，农业资金缺乏；（2）适用精准农业上的专用品种及肥料的开发滞后；（3）由于其他方面的制约，经营管理水平较低。并由此指出中国精准农业今后的发展方向，对中国发展具有中国特色精准农业提出了相应的对策建议，即为第一阶段为引进、试验、示范阶段；第二阶段将试验示范工作扩展到大型国营农场和小型农户，即抓一大一小，大小并举，特别要主要在小型农户中实施精准农业的概念和方法，进一步探索规律和积累经验；第三阶段在多点试验示范基础上，形成中国特色的“精准农业模式”，并在部分地区形成实用化和产业化。

Abstract: The precise agriculture take information as foundation, making use of a monitor technique of spread the feeling machine and modern forerunner, integrity,accurate,understand the detailed data of the land and farm crops in time, combine an accurate timespace to statistics analysis, do a kind of agriculture of the decision management system in time and quickly.This text discussed further in introducing the content and its basic technique of the precise agriculture to constitute of foundation Chinese at present the research present condition of the precise griculture and it exist of key problem. (1) The different region economy development level difference compare greatly, the agriculture funds lack; (2) Apply a precise agriculture of appropriation species and the fertilizer empress development follow behind; (3) Because of other check and supervisions, the management the level is lower. point out an our country from here for precise agriculture aftertime also of development direction, had a precise agriculture of Chinese special features to put forward the counterplan suggestion for correspond to the our country development, for a first stage for usher in, experiment, demonstration stage; the second stage will experiment the demonstration work to expand to the large and state-run farm and the small scaled peasant household, then grasp a big a small, the size raises also, wanting specially to mainly carry out in the small scaled peasant household precise agriculture of the concept and method, further investigate the regulation and the backlog experience; the third stage become "precise agriculture mode" of[with] Chinese special features in ordering to experiment the demonstration foundation much, and become in the parts of region practical turn to turn with industry.
