By introducing Trade Competitive Index, Revealed Comparative Advantages Index and International Market Occupation Ratio methods, etc. To comparative analysis the international competition situation for the paddy export trades among the main paddy export nations in the world. Also by comparing and analysis for the cost benefit of the paddy between USA. And china, the quality of the paddy between Thailand and China and the paddy quality safety of china, the advanced analysis are given for the influence factors of the Chinese paddy export. In final, some suggestions for raising the paddy export competitive power of china are given such as improve research, introducing into and generalize high quality paddy breeds, to improve paddy quality, to build a new quality and inspecting system for the paddy production, the main corporation should be support by government, to speed up industrialization for the high quality paddy, to improve the paddy currency system, to enhance the fund for the basic production establishment and the allowance for the paddy production.
