摘要: 指出苹果和苹果汁的安全监管是一个具有系统性和迫切性的问题,分别分析了安全监管中苹果-苹果汁供应链中各经济主体之间的关系、消费者与供应链中各主体之间的关系以及政府与其他经济主体之间的关系,最后基于这些主体之间的相互关系提出了新的苹果-苹果汁安全监管机制及对策。

Abstract: Safety supervision of apple and apple juice is a systemic and urgent problem. This paper analyzes the relationships between economic agents on the supply chain of apple and apple juice, consumers and those agents, government and those agents. Based on the relationship mentioned above, the paper puts forward a new system and some countermeasures against safety supervision of apple and apple juice.
