施肥因子对强筋小麦产量和品质的影响

Effect of Fertilization Factor on the Yield and Quality of Glutenous Wheat

摘要: 经过不同施肥时期及不同肥料种类的配合对强筋小麦品质和产量的影响试验,试验结果表明:施同等量的肥料,施肥时期不同对小麦产量和品质有直接关系,以拔节期追施N、P、K肥产量最高,7708.5kg/hm2。底肥一次性施用产量最低,7434.0kg/hm2,二者产量相差274.5kg/hm2。拔节期追施N、NP、NPK、NK之间产量差别不大。拔节期追施N、P肥品质最好,各种肥料底肥一次性施用品质最差,二者蛋白质含量相差1.6个百分点,湿面筋含量相差1.5个百分点,形成时间 相差0.7min,稳定时间1.9min,拔节期追施N、NP、NPK、NK之间品质差别不大。要想使强筋小麦高产稳质,必须有配套的栽培技术才能达到优质高产高效的目的。

Abstract: The research on effect of variant fertilizer application stage and the interation on the yield and quality of glutenous wheat. The result showed: in condition of the same amount fertilizer application, differente fertilizing stage has a more effect on the yield and quality of wheat. The yield reached highest (7708.5kg/hm2 )with top dressing N, P, K application at jointing stage and lowest(7434.0kg/hm2)with all basals at only one stage, the range between them is 274.5 kg/hm2.Top dressing N, NP, NPK, NK application at the jointing stage has little effecs on wheat quality and it is best with top dressing N, P, K application at jointing stage but worest with all basals at only one stage, the range between them of rough protein content, wet gluten, development time and stability time is 1.6%, 1.5%, 0.7min, 1.9min. In order to improve wheat yield and quality, we must use systematic cultivation techniques for glutenous wheat.
