几种蔬菜在施用沼液后Fe元素的含量变化及食用价值分析

摘要: 研究测定西红柿、辣椒、地瓜叶这三种蔬菜在施用与未施用沼液后Fe元素的含量变化情况,发现施用沼液后三种蔬菜中的干基与鲜样中的Fe元素,特别是辣椒与西红柿中的含量有明显的增加,其中西红柿干基与鲜样中Fe元素的含量分别为136.92、8.82(mg/kg),分别增加了100.67%,54.20%,辣椒干基与鲜样中Fe元素的含量分别为609.60、142.64(mg/kg),分别增加了32.57%、44.75%。按照成人每天摄入20-900mg的Fe元素来看,施用沼液后的蔬菜更具有食用价值。

Abstract: To study the effect of the fertilizing biogas slurry on tomatoes,pepper,sweet potato leaves,the contents of Fe was determined,The results showed that the contents of Fe in vegetables with dry and fresh matter after fertilizing biogas slurry were obviously increased,Especially tomatoes and pepper.the contents of Fe in the dry and fresh of tomatoes were 136.92、8.82(mg/kg),increased 19.06%, 6.52% respectively.also the contents of Fe in the dry and fresh of pepper were 609.60、142.64(mg/kg),increased 32.57%、44.75% respectively.According to per person intake 20-900(mg) of elemental Fe daily,eating the vegetables with fertilizing biogas slurry were more value.
