摘要: 采用盆栽试验,研究了高温胁迫下AM真菌对牡丹幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:在相同高温下,接种真菌的幼苗根系活力、叶绿素(a+b)含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量均高于对照,相对电导率、丙二醛含量均低于对照;随温度的升高,接种AM真菌处理的叶绿素(a+b)含量、可溶性蛋白含量下降幅度均低于对照,相对电导率、丙二醛含量增加幅度低于对照,游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量增加幅度高于对照,说明AM真菌提高了牡丹抗热性。

Abstract: Effects of AMF on physiological and biochemical Indexes of tree-peony seedlings were investigated with pot experiment under high temperature stress.Results showed that under the same high temperature,root activity,chlorophyll(a+b) content,proline content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of mycorrhizal seedlings were higher and conductivity and MDA content were lower than those of control.With the temperature increasing,the decrease rates of chlorophyll(a+b) content and soluble protein content of mycorrhizal seedlings were lower,the increasing extent of conductivity and MDA content were lower and the increasing extent of proline content and soluble sugar content were higher than those of control.This showed that AMF improved the resisting heat of tree peony.
