SSR标记分析小麦品种Flinor和铭贤169的遗传差异

摘要: 本研究采用微卫星(SSR)分子技术,对小麦品种Flinor与铭贤169染色体组进行SSR引物多态性频率分析。结果表明:在1243对SSR引物中共筛选到多态性引物383对,多态性频率为31.10℅;127对条带差异不清晰;无遗传多态性共有733对,占总筛选引物数的59.35℅。其中 BARC,GWM,CFA的多态性较高,多态性频率分别为34.98℅,34.72℅,36.49℅;CWEM多态性较差,多态性频率仅为8.89℅。多态性引物在不同染色体组间分布频率不同,A为41%,B为35%,D染色体组上多态性较少为24%。

Abstract: Simple sequence repeat (SSR) molecular marker was used to analyze the frequency of polymorphism of wheat varieties – Flinor and Mingxian169. The result was followed. Of 1243 SSR markers used to investigate DNA polymorphism of the two cultivars, 383 markers could express the polymorphic and cover 31.10%, 127 markers had no clear band, and 733 markers had no polymorphic and covered 59.35%. The polymorphism of BARC, WMS and CFA was higher with 34.98%, 34.72 and 36.49, respectively, while the polymorphism of CWEM was lower with 8.89%. The distribution frequency of polymorphic markers was different among the chromosome in the A, B and D genome, the highest in A genome (41%), lower in B genome (35%) and the lowest in D genome (24%).
