水稻核糖体蛋白(OsRPL14)基因的克隆及表达分析

Cloning and Expression Analysis of a Ribosomal Protein from Rice(OsRPL14)

摘要: 通过荧光差异显示(fluorescent differential display,FDD)以及RT-PCR技术,得到一个水稻核糖体蛋白基因。该基因的cDNA全长为565 bp,编码一个具有134个氨基酸残基的多肽,推测分子量是15.4 kD。与其他植物中核糖体蛋白L14的相似性为82.84%~88.06%,命名该基因为OsRPL14。在低温(8℃)及干旱条件处理下,该基因表达量在根和茎中都有比较明显的增加趋势。推测该基因在逆境反应中起着重要作用。

Abstract: Using a fluorescent differential display method, a gene was isolated from rice seedling. The full length cDNA was 565 bp and encoded a 134 amino acid(15.4kD). The results of similar analysis indicated that OsRPL14 had 82.84%-88.06% identities with other ribosomal proteins, named OsRPL14. The level of the gene expression was enhanced in response to cold(8℃)and dry. We suggest the gene might play important roles in stress respones.
