摘要: 针对现有农业经济信息服务系统的缺陷,提出了结合地理信息系统技术的改造方案。以组件式GIS软件Supermap Objects为开发平台,C#.Net为语言环境,采用面向对象和组件式开发技术,设计和开发了农业经济信息服务GIS系统,并建立了农业经济基础信息空间与属性数据库。新的系统实现了农业经济信息数据的空间查询和空间分析,为各级农业部门提供辅助决策手段和辅助分析依据,提高了农业经济信息服务的水平。文章详细阐述了系统的体系结构、功能模块和在C#.Net中使用Supermap Objects组件对象进行地理信息系统开发的基本过程。

Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the existing agricultural economy information system, a transformation programme of using Geographic Information System technology was proposed. The GIS for agricultural economy information service was designed and developed based on ComGIS software Supermap Objects and development language C#.Net,and the agricultural economy information database was established.The new system has realized the spatial inquiry and the spatial analysis of agricultural economy message data, provides the auxiliary policy-making method and the auxiliary analysis basis for all levels of Agriculture department, raised the agricultural economy information service level.This paper elaborates on architecture of the system,module of function,and the basic process development of GIS using SuperMap Objects components in the environment of C#.Net.
