饼肥配施对烤烟发育过程中叶片光合特性的调控效应研究

Photosynthetic Characteristics in Leaves of Flue-cured Tobacco Effects in Different Levels of Cake Fertilizers

摘要: 研究了饼肥用量对烤烟发育过程中叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明,随着饼肥用量的增加,烟叶的叶绿素含量在增加,叶片的PSⅡ最大光化学效率和潜在活性,PSⅡ的实际光化学效率以及qp都有增加的趋势,最终导致叶片净光合速率的提高。而且试验表明,适当的增施饼肥有利于改善叶片的光合功能,提高叶片的光合速率,但是继续增施饼肥反而不利于光合能力的改善,更不利于荧光动力学参数的优化。

Abstract: Chlorophyll contents,net photosynthetic rates and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the flue-cured tobacco leaves were measured to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics among different cake fertilizers rates, The result showed that the Chlorophyll contents of tobacco leaves were increased with the increasing rates of cake fertilizers and the PSⅡ potential activation,the maximal quantum efficiency, Qp of PSⅡ of tobacco leaves were increased too, and then stimulated the photosynthetic rates increasing. And the result of experiment showed that the photosynthetic capability of tobacco leaves were Improved and the net photosynthetic rates were increased with the suit increasing rates of cake fertilizers,but the photochemical quenching coefficient and ΦPSⅡ was decreased by high nitrogen level.
