玉米各生育时期抗旱性鉴定指标的研究

摘要: 试验从玉米抗旱性的系统性和整体性出发,在玉米四个比较重要的生育时期,即:萌发期(播种-出苗)、苗期(出苗—拔节)、开花期(抽雄—吐丝)、灌浆期(授粉—收获)采用分阶段人工模拟干旱胁迫的方法,利用综合性状比较优良的超级玉米品种为试验材料,通过比较形态学、发育学、生理学等方面的抗旱性鉴定指标与玉米抗旱能力的关系,通过一些简便易测指标的分析筛选,建立一套可靠、迅速的指标体系。通过玉米抗旱性与各指标的相关分析、灰色关联度分析、聚类分析,明确了各指标与玉米抗旱性关系及抗旱性鉴定的指标体系,为综合评价不同玉米品种抗旱性奠定了基础。

Abstract: This test starts form the systemic and holistic of drought- resistance in corn and the more important corn four stages, namely: germination period (seeding - Emergence), the seedling (emergence - jointing), the Florescence (tasselling - silking) Pustulation period(pollination - Yield)。Adopting a phased artificial drought and using the trial materials which were good super maize varieties of composite characters,This test comparates drought indicators and maize drought capacity of morphology, developmental science, physiology and other aspects ,measures and analysis easy indicators to establish a reliable, fast index system. Analysising correlation of Maize drought and various indicators through grey correlation analysis, cluster analysis, It clear drought index system and relations a indicator and drought- resistance in corn andlaid the foundation of comprehensive evaluation of different corn varieties drought.
