摘要: 柑橘中富含类黄酮、类柠檬苦素、类胡萝卜素等多种功能性成分,在功能食品和药品开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文概述了柑橘中的功能性成分并对近年来柑橘中主要功能性成分的提取和检测技术进展作一综述,以期为柑橘功能性成分提取及深度开发利用提供参考。

Abstract: Citrus fruits are rich in flavonoids, carotenoids and limonoids et al. which are played an important role in function food and medical industry. This paper outlines the citrus functional components, the extraction and detection technology of the main functional components, in order to provide reference for the study of the functional components in citrus.
