摘要： 首先介绍了当今农村财务监管中存在的问题及实施财务监控的重要性；提出构建基于B/S架构的农村财务监控分析系统，给出了系统设计的技术方案；最后对系统开发方法、系统特点、创新点进行了详细的阐述；通过在广州市番禺区的实际应用，取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: There exist several key problems in the rural financial supervision, and it is important to take it under supervision. A rural financial supervision analysis system is put forward. The system is based on B/S structure and the technical program is given here. The system development method, system features and its technological innovation are introduced in detail. This system has been applied to Panyu District and got a good result.
