Abstract: This paper first analyzes the factors which influence the grain increase production of Jilin province，and considers the factors as independent Variables. By Employing revised C—D production function to establish a model the study analyze the grain production and the factors that affect the production of Jilin province (1985-2003). By doing so, we know the influence of all kinds of factors. We also get the contribution rates of all factors during the past 19 years. And then put forward strategies of cultivating the potential of grain production Jilin province.
