镧对西瓜叶片光合能力和抗氧化系统的影响

Effects of La on the photosynthetic capacity and antioxidant system in leaves of watermelon

摘要:

为了研究稀土元素La在西瓜生产上的应用,以5个质量浓度的La(NO3)3 溶液(0,60,120,180,240 mg/L)于伸蔓期、始花期、膨瓜期各喷施嫁接西瓜“黑翡翠”、“金帅”叶面1次。测定西瓜叶片中SOD和POD的活性、细胞膜透性、Ch1含量以及光合速率。结果表明:适宜浓度的La3+有利于嫁接西瓜生长。与对照相比,喷施120 mg/L La(NO3)3 溶液使“金帅”叶片中SOD活性、Ch1含量和光合速率分别提高了12.65%、33.00%和4.10%;POD活性以及MDA含量分别降低了56.97%和44.09%;并使细胞膜透性降低了35.41%。嫁接西瓜“黑翡翠”叶片的生理指标也表现出相同的趋势。说明120 mg/L La(NO3)3 为喷施西瓜的最适浓度。

Abstract:

In order to support application of rare earth element La in watermelon production, grafted watermelon “Heifeicui” and “Jinshuai” on the foliage at straw period, incipient blooming period and fruit expansion period were sprayed with 0, 60,120,180 and 240 mg/L of La(NO3)3 solution, The activities of SOD,POD ,cell membrane permeability, photosynthesis rate and the content of chlorophyll, MDA in watermelon leaf were test. Results showed that the optimum concentration of La3+ could promote the growth of grafted watermelon. Compared to the control, the SOD activity ,the content of chlorophyll and photosynthesis rate in “Jinshuai” leaf were increased 12.65% ,33.00% and 4.10%; the activities of POD and MDA content decreased by 56.97% and 44.09%; the cell membrane permeability decreased by 35.41%. The physiological indicators in leaves of grafted watermelon “Heifeicui” showed the same tendency. The above analysis shows that the most suitable concentration of La(NO3)3 is 120 mg/L.
