低聚异麦芽糖和酵母细胞壁对中华鳖免疫功能的影响

Effect of isomaltose hypgather and yeast cell wall on immune function of soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis)

摘要:

对中华鳖投喂添加低聚异麦芽糖或酵母细胞壁后其血清中补体C3和C4含量,AKP和ACP酶活性以及SOD和CAT酶活性进行了研究。实验结果表明,饲料中单独添加酵母细胞壁或低聚异麦芽糖对提高中华鳖免疫功能有影响但不显著(P>0.05),仅SOD酶活性上,表现出差异显著性(P<0.05)。但饲料中联合添加酵母细胞壁和低聚异麦芽糖可显著提高中华鳖血清中补体C3含量,AKP和ACP酶活性以及SOD和CAT酶活性(P<0.05),而对补体C4含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。间隔投喂添加酵母细胞壁和低聚异麦芽糖的饲料,对中华鳖免疫功能也无显著影响(P>0.05),甚至反而没有连续投喂的效果好。

Abstract:

6 immune parameters, complement C3, complement C4, alkaline phosphatase(AKP), acid phosphatase (ACP), superoxidde dismutase(SOD) and Catalase(CAT) had been studied, after feeding isomaltose hypgather or yeast cell wall. The experimental results showed that feed added yeast cell wall, or isomaltose hypgather had impact on immune function of soft-shelled turtle but not significantly(P>0.05). Only on the SOD activity, the results showed significant difference(P<0.05). But the feed jointly added yeast cell wall and isomaltose hypgather can significantly improve immune function of the soft-shelled turtles, on C3, AKP, ACP, SOD and CAT ( P < 0.05),but not on C4 (P>0.05). Interval feeding the feed jointly added yeast cell wall and isomaltose hypgather had no significant impact on immune function of soft-shelled turtle, even worse than continuous feeding the feed jointly added yeast cell wall and isomaltose hypgather.
