摘要:

果实的活性成分因其众多的生理功效,尤其是为人所关注的抗氧化作用,近几年已成为许多专家的研究重点。此文综述了近年来国内外对其活性成份及其抗氧化作用的研究进展,系统地介绍了果实的活性成分、抗氧化作用相关研究、开发利用情况及展望,旨在为今后果实活性成分的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Fruit active ingredients have been a major research for a number of experts, due to various physiological effects, especially its well-known anti-oxidation. This paper gives a general account of domestic and overseas research progress of this field in recent years, systematically presents related research, development and utilization and prospects of the fruit active compounds and anti-oxidation, so as to offer a reference for further studies.
