超声波刺激对水稻的种子萌发及其产量和品质的影响

摘要:

以常规稻和杂交稻为材料,研究了超声波刺激对水稻种子发芽和水稻产量及品质的影响。研究结果如下:(1)超声波对水稻种子的萌发率无显著效应,但提高了种子的萌发速度。(2)超声波处理显著地提高了水稻的产量。40kHz超声波处理可以使培杂泰丰增产9.43%,而桂香占20kHz处理比对照增产达到10.55%。水稻增产的主要原因是超声波处理提高了水稻的有效穗数和单位面积颖花数。(3)超声波处理显著降低了桂香占的垩白粒率和垩白度。超声波处理后培杂泰丰的垩白度也显著降低。超声波处理显著提高了桂香占的胶稠度。

Abstract:

Effects of ultrasound on the seed germination and yield and quality of rice was studied with normal rice and hybrid rice. The results were as follows: (1) Although no significant effect was found on ratio of rice seed germination, ultrasound increased significantly the germination speed of seed. (2) Ultrasound significantly increased the yield of rice. The yield of Peizataifeng was increased by 9.43% when treated with ultrasound of 40 kHz. Meanwhile, the yield of Guixiangzhan was increased by 10.55% when treated with 20 kHz ultrasound. Rice yield improvement was attributed to the increase of its available panicles and its grains of unit area after ultrasound treating. (3) Ultrasound decreased chalky rice ratio and chalkiness of Guixiangzhan and chalkiness of Peizataifeng. Gel consistency of Guixiangzhan was increased significantly when treated with ultrasound.
