不同种质及生长年限关黄柏中生物碱含量变化规律的研究

Research in the variation of the alkaloid content from different germplasm and growth years of Phellodendron amurenses

摘要:

目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法对不同种质(北京、东北),不同生长年限关黄柏中有效成分(小檗碱、巴马汀、药根碱)含量的变化规律进行研究。为科学地确定关黄柏采收期,保护关黄柏资源提供依据。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Alltima HP C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(40:60,含0.1%的十二烷基磺酸钠),流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:25℃,检测波长:345nm。结果:北京种质2年生以上、东北种质(吉林通化)9年生以上的关黄柏中小檗碱含量可达到中国药典规定的含量要求。结论:不同种质,不同生长年限的关黄柏生物碱含量具有差异性,且变化趋势不同。

Abstract:

RP-HPLC was used to study the varation of the effective componts of Phellodendron (berberine, palmatine, jatrorrhizine) in different germplasm (Beijing, north-east) and growths years.Aiming to provide the basis for scientifically determining the best harvest period of Phellodendron, and protecting the resources. Method: A Alltima HP C18 column (250×4.6mm,5μm)was used, and the mobile phase consist of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid (40:60 contain 0.1% SDS) with the flow rate of 1.0ml/min, and 25℃column temperature, detective wavelength was 345nm. Results show that the content of the Berberine in beijing germplasm of more than two years and Northeast germplasm (Jilin Tonghua) of more than nine years can achieve the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Conclusion: the alkaloids content and the trends are different in different germplasm and years of growth of Phellodendron.
