氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定烟叶中镉的研究

Study on the Determination of Cadmium in Tobacco by Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要:

本研究采用HNO3-HClO4-H2O2体系湿法消解烟叶样,摸索出氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定样品中镉(Cd)的最佳实验条件。这些条件包括:样品酸度、载流浓度、还原剂浓度、增敏剂浓度以及仪器设置最佳参数。结果显示:在所选择的最佳实验条件下,测定镉的检出限为0.0031 μg/L,线性范围为0.00-3.00 μg/L,样品测定变异系数小于3.0%,加标回收率为88.7%~99.5%。可见,本实验建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定烟叶中Cd的最佳测定方法,其结果准确可靠、稳定性及精密度较高。

Abstract:

Tobacco samples were dissolved by HNO3-HClO4-H2O2. Then, the concentration of Cadmium(Cd) was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometery (AFS) with the best experimental conditions and instrumental settings, including the concentrations of the acidity of samples, carrier flow, reducer, Co2+ and the best settings of AFS. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limits of Cd is 0.0031 μg/L, and the linear scope is during 0.00 and 3.00 μg/L, and the C.V. of the sample is less than 3.0%, and the recovery rate is 88.7%~99.5%. Therefore, the method characterized by veracity, stabilization and high precision will be effective to determine Cd in Tobacco.
